Wrath: Aeon of Ruin is Coming to Consoles on April 25

Developer KillPixel Games, along with publishers 3D Realms and Fulqrum Publishing, have declared that the old-school shooter game, Wrath: Aeon of Ruin, will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch starting April 25.

This announcement follows the game’s exit from Early Access on PC in February. Initially released in Early Access in November 2019, Wrath: Aeon of Ruin has since been updated significantly. The version 1.0 release earlier this year included additional weapons, enemy types, and a comprehensive storyline for players.

In Wrath: Aeon of Ruin, players step into the role of the Outlander. Guided by the Shepherd of Wayward Souls, players will navigate various challenging levels, confront menacing monsters, and ultimately duel with the Guardians of the Old World.

Designed with a nod to the iconic shooter Quake, Wrath: Aeon of Ruin utilizes similar technology to that used in the creation of the classic game by id Software.
